Linger in your king size bed with luxury linens after a refreshing night of sleep. Slowly sip a cup of coffee on the sun room glider, with relaxing views of the lake. Plan your day, choosing from dozens of nearby options for entertainment, shopping, nature, and adventure. Upon your return, play a vinyl record to set the mood while you mix a drink from the burl wood bar cart. Then whip up a meal in the well-appointed kitchen or choose from a dozen acclaimed restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Close out the day admiring the stunning sunset on a kayak on Lake Killarney, a resident-only 293-acre lake, or from the lakefront neighborhood park while enjoying the amenities there. Choose from Adirondack chairs, gated swimming pool, shuffleboard, boat dock, charcoal grills, picnic tables and shady park benches.

The entire second floor condominium is yours to enjoy. Guests will be given a reserved parking space directly outside the rear entrance, down one flight of well-lit stairs. The unit offers keyless entry, accessed by app or keypad and the Ring doorbell system for added security. A high speed Wifi connection is provided as well as a 55" Smart TV in both the living room and bedroom. Integrated into the kitchen is a ventless washer and dryer. If you need a higher capacity unit or are running short on time, guests have access to a secure, well-lit coin-operated laundry room within the condo building. You may also enjoy having a bike rack available, and all the amenities of the private lakefront park.

Winter Park was established in the late 1800's as a playground escape for wealthy Northerners. They built mansions and enjoyed the abundance of giant oaks, countless lakes and daily sunshine. While these are still some of the best attributes of Winter Park, contemporary visitors may also now choose from a wide variety of cultural activities, shopping, museums, and entertainment. Countless restaurants include international foods, mom and pop eateries, breweries, and well-loved chains. Don't miss famous Park Avenue, several blocks of quaint boutique shopping, some of the best restaurants in the area, and home to multiple museums and the oldest Central Florida attraction, the Winter Park Scenic Boat Tour.

Located in the epicenter of Winter Park, you will find anything you could possibly want either in walking distance or within a short drive. In less than a mile you will find retailers such as Nordstrom Rack, Homegoods, Michael's, and Ulta. Within the same distance you can acquire groceries at Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Publix. Or you can enjoy a fabulous meal out at Hillstone, Ruth's Chris, Cheesecake Factory, Shake Shack, Bulla, P.F. Chang's and dozens of others. ABC Liquor is less than a block away and Regal Cinemas is across the street. Drive only 5 minutes to reach Olde Town Winter Park, or downtown Orlando in only 20 minutes. Catch I-4 only 1.5 miles away for access to the theme parks (Universal 30 minutes, Sea World 40 minutes, Disney 50 minutes) and the beaches (both Daytona or New Smyrna, just over one hour). Sunrail, the local light rail train, picks up at the charming Winter park station just 5 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are prevalent alternatives as well.
